Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Veggie Easter

Anyone else doing a vegetarian easter dinner? So far this is what I can come up with:

Twice-baked potatoes

Deviled Eggs

 Asparagus

Crescent rolls

 

Is this enough? I feel like its bland... lol btw its just me and dh eating together. Whats everyone else makin?

  • At this point I have NO clue what we are making.  It is just us, my kids and my dad.  I am on a very strict diet right now and don't want to stray.....

  • I don't celebrate Easter; however, I do observe Passover.  You should check out some of the recipes we're using this year. Last night we had spiced quinoa cakes with onion chutney and sauteed carrots and almonds (minus the apple juice)--it was awesome!  Tonight we're having briam, which is a Greek veggie stew but good for warm weather, and tomorrow we're having a beet frittata.

  • Quinoa Cakes sound good!  What about a lentil dish?
