You must try her chicken gyros, Christen! They are the bomb dot com. (might try pesto tilapia for Friday's dinner now that you mention it)

Thanks for the suggestion! I just saved the recipe, I'm going to try it next week. We bought a rotisserie chicken last night to use for our chicken pizza, so I'll chunk off the rest and freeze for the gyros.
