We are under contract!
Dh and I saw a 4bed 1.5 bath colonial in Niskayuna last night, put an offer in, and got it! So excited! It was built in 1958 and the decor is very 70's, but it is all in really good condition and there are hardwood floors throughout under linoleum/carpet, so we can change it to make it more suited to us. Now we just have to get through inspection and close, ahich is scheduled for june 14th. So excited!
