Morning! I'm a horrible lier so I am never any good at playing jokes on people.
I think our company is trying to pull a prank on us but I'm not to sure. Last year the CEO was in on it and it was a good one. Today we got an e-mail saying that we will need to start changing our password every day when we log in and there are about 10 rules. One of them is that on even # days we can't use odd #'s in our password. That rule led me to believe that it's a prank. At least I hope it is!
Morning. I am also a horrible liar. I really cannot lie to nick because i start to grin and laugh and cant pull it off. Likewise, i told him not to mess with me today.
I met one of our new neighbors last night when we stopped at our house and she came over and introduced her family and said they all cookout together all summer long (all of the neighbors) because they have so many kids so that was very nice. Also our realtor left us lots of presents in the house. So that was very kind of him.
My CW and I just ran into our boss in the hallway; she actually was nice to us & talked to us (*gasp*
)... she even talked about NON-work related stuff, including her grandkids. (She used to, but with all the outsourcing and ensuing layoffs, she stopped opening up and talking to most of us altogether.)
Now... this is the THIRD DAY in a row she's been nice. This morning, she even walked past our desks JUST to say "Good morning."
My CW has determined it's got to be an April Fool's joke!
Frankly, I'm a little frightened by it all.

I seriously think my child is possessed. He is not the sweet little thing he used to be. He is completely out of control. He is in for a big surprise when life turns back to "normal" when I'm not working so much. Even the grandmas (who think he can do no wrong) are getting sick of him. That's saying something!
For example, we went outside yesterday to try to get nice pictures of him in his easter outfit (I just had jeans on him, not the nice pants). And this is what he did instead (stuck a stick in dirt and flicked it around). He'd laugh and they say "what is David doing?"
Morning ladies! I'm doing well this morning but a little tired. One house that MH and I had found online to look at this weekend went under contract so now MH is pouting like a 2 year old since he was "in love" with the house. UGH!
And I have to drive up to Milwaukee for work for a few hours. I'm at least happy to get out of the office and be able to enjoy the weather for a bit
Kristin: That's too bad but another one that's better will come along. (Was it the first one?).
I'm ok today. No jokes played on me. We have our staff too busy to do any jokes.

So, the senior partner played a joke on our receptionist and she cried. It was bad.
