What?s for lunch (or dinner)?
We just made a big trader joe?s run on Sunday, so I am not allowed to buy lunch or dinner all week. For lunch I am having tj?s paneer tikka masala and naan. I am not sure what to make for dinner. We got a bunch of frozen bagged meals and a lot of staples. Anyone want to provide a bit of inspiration?

I ate both lunch and dinner out yesterday, which is kinda rare for me.
