Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am so sick of watching TV!
So my car has been in the shop all day. I walked over to my friend's house because she lives near the place, but she was driving down to SD so she took me home around noon and I have been stuck here all day! I am going mad! They called at 3:30 to say my car is done, but I didn't have anyone to take me there. I looked up bus times and went out to the stop but the bus did not come in the 45 minutes I was waiting there and the shop closed at 5. I did meet a lovely man, though, who happened to be homeless. He saw me reading and started talking about how much he loved Steinbeck and Cervantes. He told me I could go far if I "stayed gold." Sad to say, but that was probably the highlight of my day.
