I need suggestions for something I can bring to Easter. It's a small, informal gathering and I've been given no guidelines as to what to bring. I'm thinking an hor d'oeuvre or dessert.
The main thing I'm looking for is something inexpensive and pretty easy - doesn't take a lot of time.
TIA ladies!
Re: Easter food ideas
I'm making these: http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=182421
I love cheesecake and they look really yummy. I might add a little bit of almond extract to the filling though.
I was searching for ideas yesterday myself!
Deviled Eggs & Strawberry/Avacado salad are the two that I liked the most.
Desserts are always good too.
I did a search for Easter recipes and found some stuff on allrecipes.com.

They are ah-mazing! A total pain in the arse to make, but soooooooo good! I've made them a few times for my co-workers and they are always a huge hit. My favorite combination is German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting dipped in milk chocolate. *drool*
