Crocs but not "Crocs"
Re: Crocs but not "Crocs"
I was just looking at these the other day. I am considering them as well for the same reason. Stupid backs. If I hear of anything I will let you know. I may head out to shoe station today, I have a coupon.
I've been considering these too... Lily and Alice
DH has even bougt me some of the shoe charms that you can put on them. I have 2 flowers, and dog, cat, cow, donkey, and a horse, and a tractor, and 2 cars(from "Cars" the movie) I only wear they doing yard work and also to run around town

Yep, considering those of those. And the one that are kind of sneakery like these:
I feel like I need the strap over my foot otherwise I unconsciously arch my foot to keep the shoe on.
And I don't hate these:
ETA: My strap across the foot rule is usually thrown out if the strap in the back is higher than it normally is on flats. For some reason, that makes them stay on better.
I own Crocs, as well as a pair of their flats, that I got on our honeymoon. I think they are comfy, despite the fact that they're ugly, I like them, especially when I just want to lounge in the yard. The flats I have are these, Mary janes:
Ooo, thanks for the recommendation. I'll check zappos.
Once I moved to SC, I got a pair pf crocs. They're great. They are comfy and I've never had any problems with my back when wearing them, just the normal sh!t with it.
I know the crocs are supposed to be squishy and comfy...but I just look at them and think back to my stinky sweaty slimy smelly jelly shoes from the 80's.
These new mary jane-like versions are way cuter than the originals...which, to me, look like they're something you'd buy at IKEA for gardening.
Good luck finding something good for your back!
A lot of health care workers wear Danskos and swear by them. I wear Klogs to work- I have 3 pairs and I swear to you they are so comfy I will NEVER wear sneakers to work again. They are on the ugly side, but my feet/back rarely give me problems and I usually only wear them to work. I did wear them on thanksgiving when I was in the kitchen and on my feet all day.
