Hi!
My intern is out "sick", so I'm doing the mailing that was supposed to be done yesterday. Stuffing envelopes is fuuunnnn. Not.
I've been on the phone with my family. My nephew had surgery this morning because of the bleeding on his brain. They were able to drain some fluid (sorry if that is TMI) and he is doing really well. I am so proud of him - he has been such a fighter!
They have also put in a request for BIL to come home on leave from Iraq on the basis of family emergency. He's going absolutely crazy over there because he isn't able to be with his family so I'm hoping it is approved. If it is, he could be home as early as this weekend.
Other than that, we stayed out too late last night and I am dragging this morning.
Oh, I hope they grant his request! Given the complications, he needs to be with his family!

Thanks! After sleeping on the couch all day, I am feeling better. Still fatigued, but definitely on the mend.
