H and I personally haven't tried it, but we had some friends who did and they said it was WAY more hassle than it was worth--a huge mess.

We've used chocolate body paint.... it got all over my face when I was trying to lick it off of him, so it looked more funny than sexy. Also, make sure you taste whatever it is you plan on using. We made that mistake with some REALLY old honey....

The few times we used food in foreplay, it was messy and a big PITA, and not really a turn on at all. If anything, it was a turn off.

I don't understand where the concept of sex + food came from. There's nothing sexy about having food stuck in your pubes.

Well, I can say from personal experience that he will get a rise out of the old whipped cream bikini, but damn what a mess. We probably had the most fun one night smearing a piece of godiva chocolate cheesecake from the cheese cake factory (hate the restaurant, love the Cheese Cake), but again, very messy. You can have fun in bed with a simple pack of ripe strawberries and a small container of chocolate mousse, and thats certainly not so bad. More just feeding to each other kind of Bacchus style, and maybe the occasional dripping of a dot on a certain spot which your partner then playfully licks away. And thats alot of fun.

When DH and I were very very newlyweds, I was making something that called for caramel sauce and I left the kitchen for a bit, only to come back to DH having put said caramel sauce on his peen. (Dont judge him...thats my job.)

It was hilarious. and not sexy at all. Not to mention I refused to lick it off like he had planned because the idea of food mixed in with pubic hair makes me want to vomit--so it ended up drying and being a big crackly mess that he had to wash off for about an hour.

Oh, men. Sometimes their idea of a good time is just, well, NOT a good time.

We played with a can of whipped cream once. It was silly and not that romantic. It made a huge mess and we were totally sticky. No playing with food since then. I even got a gift of chocolate syrup stuff with a paint brush on it, and we haven't used it yet!

We used the chocolate body paints once. Someone gave them to me at my bachelorette party. They didn't taste all that good, took way too long to lick off and left a sticky residue that had to be washed off. If anything it was a bit of a mood killer.

OMG THAT'S HILARIOUS! i wouldve cracked up right then and there....then again i wouldve licked it off...not the hair tho. i dont have a problem doing food in the bedroom..me and my SO havent tried it...havent even talked about it now that i think about it but i have nothing against it. all we've done is the whole feed each other and that set the mood and it goes from there. yes, its going to be messy and you might end up laughing at each other but that doesnt have to kill the mood...just make sure food is completely off the body part before any insertation begins so you dont any chances. i personally like it when its not so serious all the time...it doesnt kill the mood for me...i think it makes it better

I have to say that whipped cream and a blindfold is great foreplay...you can always get all soaped up in the shower before you have sex. Or have sex in the shower.
