Good Morning Lovlies!
How was everyone's weekend? We had SO much fun in Boston and then yesterday for a bit in NYC. Had dinner with Belle on Friday night, it was amazing to reconnect. Saturday I walked WAY too much, even with all my breaks I am still sore today from Saturday's walking.
Overall we had a blast and can't wait to go back to Boston with Cletus.

Pretty exciting to get to sew again...I might start a project today!
Saturday, went to NOLA and saw Wicked for the first time! I will never see the Wizard of Oz in the same way again...and OMG...Elphaba blew the roof off. So frickin talented! You guys should totally go see it...it's in NOLA til next Sunday! We ate afterwards at a place my brother is interning at for culinary school.
Pretty kick arse food if you ask me.
Sunday was mellow in comparison. Ate a ton of food with H's family and went home to clean. haha!

Hi strangers!
I'm finally checking in here...glad everyone is doing well! This is my first day of my break where I'm home without plans, and it's also my last day of break. It's been the best spring break ever, though! I had a blast in NC visiting my nieces. ALMOST made me want to have a baby, YIKES! The girls are so sweet and beautiful, though. If you're my friend on FB, there are tons of pics on my page from that trip. We got home late Tuesday night, and I life the next morning for Gulf Shores with my mom. We had two wonderful, relaxing days on the beach then shopped our way home on Saturday. Yesterday was a great day with family. Now here I am with a disasterous house to clean and no groceries!
Joeysgirl - you can not speak so highly of a place and then not pimp it out, what's the name of this restaurant?
Lima - I was wondering where you have been. I'll check out the photos tonight. i thought of you yesterday while wandering around Union Square.
Bwahaha...sorry! It's called Sun Ray Grill in the warehouse district of NOLA. I had the snow crab stuffed salmon and some sushi appetizers.

My weekend pretty unproductive. Saturday was David's birthday and this is the first year in a long time that we didn't have a big crawfish boil for his birthday. We didn't want to plan one this year b/c who knows what this baby is going to do. So David and I just did some stuff around the house, and I made him a birthday cake, and we had a couple of friends over Saturday night. I also had major nesting on Saturday and I cleaned everything...everything - including getting on my hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floors and the baseboards.
Yesterday we just hung out around the house, then David's parents drove down and brought some boiled crawfish and hung out for awhile. It was a pretty laid back weekend.
Way to go David's parents.
Ours was pretty nice. We drove down to BR Saturday and ate at the philly cheesesteak place then went to Whole Foods. I made a cheesecake on Saturday night and am thrilled because it turned out awesome and didn't crack.
Sunday my parents fried fish and we just hung out. We got home in the late afternoon and puttered around the yard a bit then watched The Hangover. Very relaxing day!
Our weekend was absolutely crazy!! Friday I cleanned my house from top to bottom because Blake has a staph infection. And went shopping for our holiday food. Saturday morning woke up at about 6:30 to Blake tossing and turning he had what seemed to be the flu from the stap infection. We went to the ER they ended up lancing it. they said it was a really bad infection that was why he felt like he had the flu.. So that basically ruined out weekend.
Now today I am learning a great deal about co-pays and what docotors do what. He was suppose to go back to his primary care doc today to get it repacked but he couldn't now he has to go to a surgeon. There goes more money for co-pays.. But hopefully he starts felling better soon!!
