Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Small woohoo!
I got a merit increase. I was shocked - they've changed us over to a new system and last year, NO ONE got a raise. They'd announced last week that the April increases would be rolled out in stages, and I didn't know where I'd land (April or a later roll-out. Or that I'd even get one... I mean, they're working on outsourcing my team. Didn't think they'd care much about our increases if we're not planned to have jobs in 2 months!)
It's small, but considering I wasn't planning on getting ANYTHING this year (and losing my job), the small one I got is a nice Monday surprise!
