Re: Morning! (Monday)
We had a nice Easter Sunday...just relaxed around the house after Sarah did a little Easter Egg Hunt - which she LOVED doing! She and Chris both have colds so it was nice to just relax.
Mom is supposed to be coming in tomorrow night! I can't wait! She and my dad are going to be travelling a good part of May so I think mom wants to get another Sarah Fix in before she gets too busy. I'm so excited!
Sarah's speech just exploded this weekend! We can't shut her up! :-) She's always been a "talker" but man...she has something to say about everything now! (Even if we can't understand everything that she says).
No big plans for tonight except to clean up the guest room for mom. Sarah's clothes are all over...I was trying to switch out smaller sized winter clothes for larger sized warm-weather clothes and got distracted... :-/

Busy but productive!
Finished stripping the window sills in the babies room, taped off the baseboards for painting and sanded door frames and window sills to prep for paint. Also, stripped my hardware last night and polished it up. Easter was ok, not my favorite holiday by any means...
Saturday night saw a mouse in my house, gross! Called Anitimte today and there going to come set a trap, I like critters, when they are outside, not in my dinning room. Also, next door neighbors house got broken into Saturday night,
They stole a laptop, ipod and all her underwear. Gross! Police said a break in just like it one block away last week. Sounds like high school kids to me, but maybe I am wrong? I hope they catch the person soon...
Afternoon! Cant believe this is the first time I've had a chance to get on all day.
I had a nice but too short long weekend as well.
Friday started off a bit crappy as I found out that someone tried to break into my parents house in the IE on Thursday. Their house was broken into 2 yrs ago and they (cops assumed more than 1 person) got away with not a lot but still pretty scary. After that my parents put in a security system. My dad came back on Thursday to find that the gate to the backyard had been kicked in but thats as far as the person got thankfully. Not sure if they saw the alarms through the window or the ADT stickers but something scared them off and the only damage was to the gate.
Other than that the weekend was pretty good. Had date night on Friday and got to use a gc to Cheesecake Factory my SIL had given us, worked on 2 wedding invitations, got in a few runs and slept.
Yesterday hung out with the ILs in the morning for Easter then came home and vegged. I was out running during the earthquake so I didnt feel anything but H was taking a nap and he got woken up by it.
