As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Who goes to Urban Active? (stupid question inside)
DH & I just joined last week, and I want to go to one of the group fitness classes (Aqua Fitness) tonight. First time.
Do I need to call ahead to "register"? I know for spinning they specifically mentioned that you had to sign up in person one hour before the class, because it gets so packed, but they didn't mention the process (if there is one) for other classes.
Also - I'll be dropping DD off in their childcare center for the first time. Anything I need to know?

When I was a member spinning was the only class you had to sign up for (but, the location I went to didn't have a pool, so I can't say if this class would have different rules).
Sorry, I know that isn't much help...
I hope you enjoy the class, it sounds like fun!
