For DH's brother. He is in a bad place mentally/emotionally right now.
To make a long story short, DH's parents got divorced when DH was a senior in high school. DH seemed to survive ok because he left shortly after for college and was able to deal on his own. DH's brother and sister though were left at home with the carnage and deal with DH's psychotic father. DH's bro habors a lot of anger from everything that happened and has battled depression off and on.
His bro was doing well but then last year he got his gf pregnant. She went and had an abortion without telling him and he took it really hard. He fell back into a bad mental state. We all though he had recovered but I guess the old gf has been trying to contact him and it's bringing back a lot of emotions. He is at college about 2 hours away and called DH's mom to come stay with him for a while. He wants her to come take his guns away from him. Not so much for self-harming reason but that he might harm someone else. She is taking him today she see a psychiatrist that specializes in anger and depression. She is going to try to get him through this last month of school so he passes.
Any T&P's you could spare for him would be much appreciated. He really is a great kid!

Thanks! He is 25. He started college right out of high school and then dropped out. He went back about 2 years ago.
