BR: *whew* - they're both head down again
Just came from another ultrasound and it looks like my efforts yesterday paid off - both twins are now head down again. *whew!*
I don't care about having to get a c-section if that's what's needed, but doing one with two transverse twins can be a bit tricky and sometimes involve a much larger incision than normal so I was a little worried...but it looks like we're back to Plan A now, so Operation: Get These Kids Out Of Me will now recommence...spicy food for lunch it is!

Basically I just did the same thing that I thought made them flip in the first place - I walked. Only this time I went up and down my stairs a lot.
I'd also read that kneeling down with your head toward the ground and your butt in the air doing pelvic circles (sexy, eh?) can help turn one transverse baby, so I tried some of that as well. I don't know what actually did it, but I'm super glad they moved back into position!
Now I'm kinda nervous that they'll turn again before I go into labor, but there's not much I can do about that...

Spicy food and sex yes, pineapple no - I can't get fresh pineapple at the store right now.
But throw in some walking and nipple stimulation (my god...the things I post about on public forums these days) and I'm hoping we'll have a winner somewhere in there lol.
yay! Wow Lisa, you are so far along already.
btw- I met a girl w/ twims and she said she almost lost her mind but she kept repeating "God will not give me more than I can handle" over and over. Ha ha, keep that saying in mind the first few months girl
THAT is quite a visual! LOL
I remember reading something about Eggplant Parmigiana... or was it chicken? anyway, that's supposed to help too?
