Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So my boss just called me into his office
To tell me that they really don't want to lose me and they hope that we can all come up with a solution that we can all deal with. I want to be like too little too late buddy. I feel like the ball is in my court though, it's a nice feeling.

Well that was nice of him! Now tell him what you require. A raise and some paid maternity leave...plus the option of taking up to 12 weeks unpaid time if you want.
You're a good employee and this proves they don't want to lose you. Even if you don't want to come back it will be nice knowing you left to have the baby on good terms and can go back if you can't find something else
ITA with Kristin. Time to play ball and tell them "This is what I want." Only what you want + some extra for negotiation room.
