As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What is wrong with people......the owners of the house moved out of the house 2+ months ago. They turned off the power, gas and water MONDAY.....hellooooooo
The realtor called the owner saying you have to turn everything back on....she refuses. The realtor asked her why would you turn everything off when you know we have inspections and we are trying to close? Ummm I dont know...DUH!!!! I am so pissed!!!!
I turned everything on in our name, so we can have our inspection tomorrow. I am seriously ready to hurt this owner....she has to be as dumb as a box of rocks. This isn't the first thing. Art and I are getting super pissed off with her. I can't turn everything off after the inspection.....there are people coming to replace the roof etc.
You know the saying people need a license to have a kid....well people need a license to own a home!!!!

I think, though, if this makes you feel any better, that in most house sales, the buyer and seller don't really get along, lol. For some reason. Wow, though. Refuses to turn it back on???
