s/o Spring Cleaning: Carpet cleaner recs?
We're closing/moving into our new house this month (barring any terrible events ::fingers crossed::) and we'd like to have the carpets professionally cleaned before moving in. Do any of you Triangle ladies have any companies you would recommend?
We're probably going to do a move in deep clean too so any house cleaner recs would also be appreciated
TIA!
Re: s/o Spring Cleaning: Carpet cleaner recs?
i'm looking for one too, but in CLT. i think last time we used one that had "Oxy" in the title. i didn't really care for it. it was organic and very pet safe, but the old stains came back.
Yeah, we're just planning on painting the living room... and we plan to do that before all the cleaning.
The other rooms are going to wait a bit, but I just want to get past the "other people have lived here" feeling
I used a company called Citra Solution the last time I had my carpets cleaned and the guy did a great job and it smelled all orangey!
I've used Chemdry, but it depends on who you get to do it whether or not they do a good job. Same with Stanley Steamer - it just depends.
We used Carpet Dry Clean last week and they did a fantastic job. Ask for Victor. I have a 10% off coupon I can bring to book club this week or I can mail it to you if you want. The best part was no wet carpets when they were finished.

That would be awesome! I should be at book club tomorrow. Thanks so much!
