Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am the iTunes Village Idiot
I cannot for the life of me figure out how the HELL to sync everything from my iPhone to iTunes. I have the 3G but Todd had the 3GS that I am taking over (boo to his new employer for not allowing the company email to go through anything but a blackberry), so I need everything off my phone and onto iTunes so I can replace it with his.
I finally figured out the photos (I think) but now I cannot figure out how to get my purchased ringtones onto iTunes. WTF?!? Why is this so difficult for me?? I feel like a completely inept moron! Or, I'm becoming an old person who simply cannot adapt to technology, which could be the case. Grrrr, I'm so frustrated!

I don't have an iPhone, but I do have a MacBook & whenever I have called Apple for help, they have been super helpful. I am pretty sure all tech support for iPhones comes from Apple, not AT&T.

just wanted to say that for the record, i hate iTunes. it is the hardest thing to use, ever - and i have a degree in computer science, so it's not like i don't know my way around a computer! i really don't understand how apple, which has such a reputation for building easy-to-use hardware (even if i don't always agree with this - i think they've definitely made some bad tradeoffs between pretty and functional), can so completely suck when it comes to software. </rant>
