Good News!
The ENT said my lump is a reactive lymph node. It most likely got swollen when I was sick at one point and for whatever reason the infection in it didn't go away. He said the biopsy didn't find anything wrong 
I have a quicky surgery scheduled on the 22nd to have it removed. He's going to send it off to the lab to be on the safe side but is 99% sure that I am okay. I was so happy to hear this and wish I could have given him a hug through the phone!
And other good news...two of my best girlfriends had their babies yesterday. So exciting to have them arrive on the same day! They both are doing well and have healthy, beautiful babies.
