Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another RE vent
OMG. We're signing another extension because underwriting can't get it together. They went ahead and extended our lock in rate until the 26th (holy cow it better be done by then). And they're paying for it (good thing too, we'd have a problem otherwise). But yesterday and today, the originating office comes to me needing stuff we've already given them back at the end of February and early March. WTF! Apparently we're more organized than they are?! Get it together and get me in my flippin' house. DH is still driving 3 hours a day. Oh and get this, she thinks DH's bosses should understand that we're just running into problems with the mortgage. They don't care *rolls eyes* God I just want to be done with this.
Thanks for listening. I took over the administration of this from DH as he had a breakdown on the interstate. Poor guy is exhausted; last thing he needs is more stress.
