pleats
MIL bought Ty a few pairs of dress pants for work and they're pleated. 
I think pleated pants are just the ugliest, dumpiest looking things for men AND women. "Hey, I'd like to look fatter please. Oh, and also, it would be sweet if my crotch area looked all saggy, thanks." Ughhhh. DH likes them. He is a big guy, he does NOT need to look bigger. Also, the bigger the size of the pants, the bigger they make the pleats - it looks like he's wearing a diaper in the front. He looks completely ridiculous but doesn't care and won't listen to me. I hate it, maybe I'll "accidentally" spill some bleach on them...Or maybe I'll buy a pair for myself just to show him how disgusting I look in them and then return them along with the fail pile MIL bought him!!

Just call him Diaper Man when he wears them... if you bleach them, MIL might get more! DH had a pink shirt and I asked him who his b!tch was... he stopped wearing it. For a confident guy, I'm amazed it bothered him! Hope it helps!

I don't know why they still even make pleated pants. VERY few people can pull them off. My brother has a pair that came with a suit and the pleats are so small you can't tell. Other than that, no way no how.
I think you should get a great good will pair and rock those bitches till he realizes how bad they are.

I especially love when guys with a gut push their belt under it and then the pleats form a big empty pouf, like a double chin...only it's a double-belly.
