As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Layoff Day
Today is the day I have to layoff 3-4 employees. Man this is a ROUGH day!!!!! I have employees in my office crying. HR had a company meeting asking if there were any volunteers. It's amazing the people who have come forward.
Hopefully we will know by the end of the day what is going on. I feel so bad for my employees.

I hate hate hate layoff day.. we have them every few months around here. It really sucks! hang in there! have a glass of wine when you get home!
