As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Would you tip?
For my haircuts I've been going to a hairdresser friend that does it out of her home. Would you tip, since the money is going straight to her and not a business? I have been, so I'll probably continue, just wondering.

I would... I always tip really well. I also go to a woman who does my hair out of her home and I tip her quite a bit, when I can afford to go and get my hair done.
I think that might be because I spent part of my working life living off of tips lol.
