finding military wives in Hawaii that do not have children.  Don't get me wrong...I absolutely love kids, but I'd like to find some ladies that don't have kids.  I'm 23 and have only been on Oahu for about 3 months.  I'd like to have someone else to talk to about my new life as a military wife.  Anybody out there feel the same?

    Can't help you too much with the in person stuff because I'm not actually in Hawaii, rather I'm from Hawaii.  I'm actually in the military stationed away from Hawaii (MH is the spouse).  However, I don't have any kids and I completely understand how hard it is to find military friends, especially the married ones, that don't have kids.  If you want to talk about Hawaii, the military, being a spouse.... I'd be happy to talk... and I'm sure the rest of the Hawaii nesties will too.  (I realize this isn't in person... sorry!)

    I don't know if it will help any, but you could try posting this on the Military Nesties board as well - I don't know if any of them are in Hawaii, but I think there are quite a few posters on that board so there might be some that live on Oahu. I know it must be frustrating and difficult to have to move around and find new friends with similar lives and interests!

    And if you want to hang out here, you're more than welcome - even though most of us aren't military and the entire board is in a bit of a baby boom at the moment lol! Smile

    becky may be able to relate, I think her DH is military? hopefully she will chime in.... a lot of us got married in hawaii but don't actually live there (even though we wish we did)
