We got an offer...
on our house!!!!
They offered $5000 less than the list price which we knew we wouldn't get anyways. But we counter offered 3500 more than they offered, then they sent in another offer of 1000 less than what we counter offered. (If any of that makes sense) So I think we're gonna take it. I think we'll come out with about $8000 in our pocket.
I'm very excited but kinda nervous.
Oh and DH already has a house for us to rent lined up, so I'm very relieved about that.
