This just makes me sick. . .
I posted about this day before yesterday on D&R when they were getting ready to protest, but I wanted to share you girls, too. I hope this doesn't offend anybody.
I am sure if you have watched the news the last week or so you have heard about the mining accident here in WV. It is so sad and literally everyone has been affected by it. The lady that does my nails lost her son, her brother, and her nephew. I never thought it would hit that close to home, but the mine is really only about 75 miles from me.
Now, the part that makes me sick is that the Westboro Baptist Church is going to protest at the mine. Then, come to find out they were in downtown Charleston protesting yesterday, and I just happened to be in town yesterday, too. They had little kids, like between 5 and 10 holding signs that said God Hates WV, God Hates Dead Miners, and awful things like that.
It makes me feel sick. I just watched a video of the protest and started crying. Sorry to be Debbie Downer; I just wanted to share.

I honestly have no idea. I tried to look on their blog, but couldn't find a reason for sure. I know they said the miners died because WV is a state full of people who will not repent.

Yup, that is the same group. J and I had a big discussion about them winning that money from that soldiers family, then come to find out they were going to be just down the road protesting. It is heartbreaking. But, thank you for thinking about me.

I know freedom of speech and blah blah blah but really the people who have lost family/friends do not need to deal with the crap those people are saying. The worst is that they make little kids hold the signs.
