I am going to try out your Manicotti recipe. Does par cook noodles mean partially cook? What should the noodles be like? Is it hard to stuff them?
Also do I need 1 or 2 jars of sauce? I know jarred sauce is the devil but I don't have the time to make sauce too.

Boil the noodles for about 3-4 minutes only. The noodles should have just started to actually soften, but completely retain their shape.
If you're making a full batch, you'll need 2 jars of sauce. Heat it up on the stove first and add like 1/4 cup of water to it (that will help cook the noodles fully when baking).
Stuffing the noodles is really easy. Take a ziplock bag and put the stuffing in it, and then cut a hole at one of the corners like you're decorating a cake. Squeeze.
