I just got a part-time job!!
And i'm so excited!!
I was even debating getting a job, cuz what would be worth my time and energy since i've been collecting unemployment...? (wow, that sounds bratty but it's true) But what job could i get that wouldn't be mad when i'd have to quit for grad school? But then i was also starting to freak out about money since my severance package is done...and grad school isn't exactly cheap... 
So i've been randomly applying to full time jobs just to see what would happen...and i looked under Admin jobs on Craigslist and saw that someone was posting for a Real Estate Assistant! That's what i did for 3.5yrs when i first moved here! With the same company! So i email the lady with my cover letter and resume and described a bit more of what i did with/for my bosses. She emailed me back fairly quickly and we chatted a bit over email and then had a phone interview where we talked for 44 minutes!! She sounded really excited about me and my experience (although she was worried that 20hrs a week and the organizing she'd need help with first was underneath me and my skills). I told her about grad school and she said she's totally flexible if i'm a good fit for her!
I met her in person today and she is so cool!! She had other people to interview but was pretty confident i was the *one*. 
And she just called and offered me the job! 
I think it's going to be a really great fit! And if it turns out that my school schedule is too crazy, she still wants to work with me till then!!
Oh, and she's offering me 10% of any deal(s) that she makes/closes while i'm with her. So there's the potential of making quite a bit of $$!
