Re: home from court
I'm glad to hear that he's getting to see his kids, but it sucks terribly that to a degree bvtchy ex-wife is still getting away with things. I hope his kids do realize how much he cares and wants to see them, and that ex-wife will find something else that interests her besides depriving her kids of contact with their father. Hang in there!
We had her served with court papers AT HER HOUSE, so we know where she lives. And Redneck is a big teddybear, I have no idea why she is so "scared" of him. They've been divorced for nearly 14 years, you'd think she'd get over herself. She wouldn't even LOOK at him in court, and I seriously had to stop myself from laughing when she made the atty change seats with her. You'd think she was 12.
The judge, at the end, started telling Redneck that he needs to do X,Y,Z, and ex got a smirk on her face. He looked right at her and said "We'll get to you in a minute, because there's a *lot* you need to do differently."
I'm glad she at least got her slap on the wrist. We have until May 10th to work out summer visitation, and if she pulls any of the same sh*t, we'll file contempt again. I'm done playing her games.
This!
Ditto!
Uh, totally what I was thinking. What a crackwh0re.
