So one of the quests I've taken on in my new-found free time is new, creative dinners. I've made a pact with myself that the next 30 dinners will be something i havent made before (its fun, really!). This quest has lead me to scour the web for exciting recipes which is where i came across a blog i must share:

i'm a super tough critic when it comes to recipies, but so far this blog is 3 for 3! the chocolate chip cookie recipe is honestly the best i've come accross (and i've tried 50+ in the search for the perfect cookie) and the apple cookie bars were such a hit I've made them 3 times in the past week! I'd like to note that they were for functions, we didnt eat that many. Last night we enjoyed the chicken poppers, the mustard/breadcrumb coating was really nice.
Up this week: braised beef with cabernet sauce and french chicken in a pot. yumm
