As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. XP Major Nestie/Bumpie Vibes, T&P needed please!
I just got a call from my friend. Their 3 month old son was diagnosed with a heart defect 2 months ago. Even though things were looking good, their little man had more and more frequent "episodes" the last 1,5wk. He would start crying so loud his entire body turned blue. Yesterday they took him to the hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU. They transferred him to another hospital the same night and this morning they learned their son needed the surgery immediately.
So the little guy had the full open heart surgery which was supposed to be done over the summer. Luckily he made it through the surgery just fine (the surgeon gave them a thumb up when my friends entered the ICU-ward) but the next 24-48hrs are still critical (in terms of his heart handling it all okay, no infections, etc.)
If you can spare any of those magical healthy vibes, T&P for my friends and their son that would be great.

Poor thing, my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Many times children astound us with their resilience. :::Vibes::: that this little man will to.
