Beauty Q

I need help. . . I've always had dark circles under my eyes but ever since Brooke was born they look like racoon eyes.

Recently I've had people ask me "Are you tired?" "Did baby keep you up all night?" from workers at Starbucks/the bank/etc... so I started wearing concealer because I am too ashamed to tell them "actually she only woke up once and I feel pretty refreshed ... I just normally look like sh*t.."

Does anyone have any products that will help lighten dark undereye circles?!?!

Please tell me I'm not the only mama or woman who suffers from this! :)

Re: Beauty Q

  • I have the same problem!  I look terrible all the time.  I just bought an eye cream from clinique called "all about eyes" I'm not sure if it's working or not?  But it's definately very moisturizing.
  • I'm Italian so I'm soooo with you on this one. Honestly, I've tried a million products and haven't found a magical one yet - they all seem to be pretty much the same, from the cheap creams to the expensive ones (at least to me). The best I can recommend is a good moisturizer and some light concealer...I hope someone else has something that works, because I'd love to find something that actually lightens the circles!
  • eye cream followed by concealer-wish i could say there was a magic product out there but there just is not

  • I have no idea but, Lori, I totally didn't notice dark circles under your eyes. Seriously.

  • I've had dark circles my whole life......unfortunately, I haven't found a magic product to fade them.  But I use Benefit's Bo-ing concealer, followed by their Get Even powder and I love it!

  • Just conceler for me, but I do use the Mary Kay Eye Revitilizer.  Not sure if it works, but at least it feels good going on.  It's like it just makes my eyes feel fresh and clean when I first put it on.  But I have always had dark circle problems though.
