Hi gals!
We are invited to my cousin's wedding in June, but cannot attend, but we would like to send a check as a gift. Is it alright to send back the rsvp and a wedding card with the check to them on the same day? I also wanted to drop them a line to explain why we cannot attend.
Also, do you think $100 or $50 would be appropriate? Its my first cousin, but we are not close. Jer thinks $50, I think $100.
Re: Wedding Question
I would mail the RSVP card & Wedding card w/the $100 check in separate envelopes, mailed on the same day or a few days apart from one another.
For us, $100 or more for family & close friends is our guideline. I feel that one hundred dollars is not insulting, not that $50 is either, 100 is a good round number, if you can afford it of course. IMHO
Your welcome!
