Sorry, I am an idiot...or missing something super obvious! lol
As for the house...it's insanity! Insanity! lol $25 million?! That's bananas...especially since it's not even finished. I am wondering why, if there's only a small amount to pay to finish it (relative to the purchase cost) the bank or whoever owns it right now doesn't just finish it to make it more attractive to buyers. I see this property still being listed years from now, and in total disrepair. GREED!

It's OK. Maybe I'm the one lost. As far as I can tell it is just a curteous thing to say "Hey, I also posted this on another board....." My anniversary board is the March 09 one by the way.
