Lost! Spoilers? Yes, Please!

I love Hugo too.  He's like my brother, only cooler.

Hooray for Michael making a guest appearance!  I was so happy to see him. :)  I always think of him on "Woman on Top" and "Romeo and Juliet" in flamboyant clothing.  So much more fun that way.

I liked the Libby crossover.  It shows more of the two sides bleeding over to each other. I thoroughly enjoyed Hurley's scene with Desmond, even in his other life he it makes me grin like a dork. :)  Anyhow, I liked that she was at the mental institution that they were at before.

I miss Sayid having an expression in his face. Boo.  He's less cute as a psycho.  But also more badass.  Did we figure out what was up with the boy in the forest?  I'm glad they're referring back to him.

Then ... there is Flocke.  Why push Des down there?  He must know his higher purpose.  Then, Des runs him down?!  Ok, that one is easy - Des is getting him back to Jack so he can walk.  And for the record, I did not like the looks Jack and Flocke were giving each other.  Another note - Des is also way less emo, just like Sayid - just playing on the other side.  Its like a massive chess game.

Lets talk preview too.  Ok, so Desmond is alive.  I really hope Sayid wasn't shooting down the well.  Was anyone else creeped out by the Chocolate Factory song that was played at the end?  I seriously had to rewind and rewatch that preview four times so I could get Gene Wilder's voice out of my head and actually focus on the scenes!

Re: Lost! Spoilers? Yes, Please!

  • Loved this episode!  I love Hurley and Libby.  Ok, so I guess Hurley, Libby, Charlie, and Desmond all have cross-over memories of the Island?

I have no idea why Flocke pushed him down the well other than to keep him from fulfilling his destiny of saving the Island/world/whatever.  You'd think Flocke would be smart enough to figure out that someone is going to look for Desmond though.

I was totally creeped out by the Chocolate Factory song.  Especially since it was the Gene Wilder version and I have so many childhood memories of that movie.  ::shudder::

I want to know why Desmond is trying to connect everyone in the betaverse.

  • loved the libby storyline. yay for their first date! and also liked learning about hugo's life, sans lotto.

i liked that desmond answered ben that his son's name is charlie. i wonder if that was subconscious or if he "remembers" his son, or if he just has charlie on the brain since the rockstar rocked his world.

maybe desmond hit locke to give him a near-death experience (like des and charlie had) to make him remember the alternate life.

so desmond obviously got ahold of the list of passengers. and now what? is playing cupid? who's next - jack and kate? or sawyer and kate? ha!

do you think that was really michael's ghost? or was it flocke pretending to be michael? michael didn't die on the island so it doesn't make sense that his soul would be stuck there.

  • Hmm.. but, if he died on the Freighter, I could see that happening.

It is possible it was Flocke, though.  He could be running an intervention on Hurley.
