  I don't think I could say anything.  It's a very sticky situation, especially considering it's a town house.  Now, if my neighbor accross the street (who happens to be DH's cousin) was doing something like that, I'd tell DH and let him decide how to handle that situation.  Family is obviously different than new neighbors.

  I am saying this based on the fact that I don't know any of my neighbors other than just to say hi too, I wouldn't say anything. I would just watch the goings on. I am super nosey like that though. If I knew the person, it may be different, I would actually probably stay out of that to though. The ony way I would say something is if I found out someone was cheating on one of my sisters or my close friends or something and they didn't know about it.

  I'd stay out of it and MYOB.  It could be that he's a dirty cheater, but what if they have an open marriage and she's okay with that?  Then she gets put in an awkward situation of having to acknowledge that HH is "cheating" on her.

  I'd stay out of it.

  I have enough drama without my neighbor sleeping around. 

  Although if it were one neighbor who I know very well I don't know what I would do....the wife is one of my closest friends and the husband is one of MH's closest friends.

  I wouldn't say anything.  Don't feel it would be my place.  Especially since I don't really know them and you never know what arrangements couples have nowadays (nothing shocks me anymore).

  Okay, to prod the issue a bit more, would you mention something discreetly to HIM... not trying to point out that he's a cheating weasel, but just more of the "Hey, when you guys have loud, crazy sex, I can hear you and would appreciate it if you could keep it down, por favor."

  'Cuz honestly... once I can hear you getting it on while I'm in the kitchen, I think it becomes my business... a little.  Not in the "I'm judging you for sleeping around" (because like Val said, they could have an arrangement of some sort), but more of the "I really prefer my company not hear you spanking your whatever-she-is while I'm serving them filet mignon."

  I guess if I saw him I would say something like "Wow, quite a racket coming from over there the other day."  It would embarrass him definitely.  But to be honest, not sure if they would be any quieter the next time.  When in the heat of the moment......  Also, it could make him mad, and then they could be even louder.

  I'd stay out of it even if I knew them just because I wouldn't want the drama in my life.  Unless it's family then depending on who it was I may say something but I don't need other peoples drama in my life.

  my neighbor is an 84 year old widow - I'd say good for her! no but seriously based on the referenced story - I'd stay out of it, it's not my place to police my neighbors morals.

  Me personally?  Slightly problematic because a) no one here comes over for dinner... even if it is filet mignon, b) we have garages in between our kitchens and the landlord's nursery is next to our bedroom (yup,... I've thought of that but that's a confession for tomorrow), c) it'd be my landlord more than likely... I'd hesitate a bit more if it were him. LOL
