Strange Neighbors
So we had these new neighbors move in sometime in the fall..it's a mom and her two sons and from the beginning something seemed off about them but I didnt want to pass judgment but I'm seriously starting to wonder about them. I walk our dog past their place pretty frequently and they ALWAYS have their AC running. I'm talking even in the middle of December when you could smell the smoke from people's fireplaces, you'd walk past their house and the AC was on. And even this morning, it was by no means hot and the AC was full blast.
I dont get it, you cant always be that hot!!

That is pretty strange. Could it be that they are just running the fan? Can you tell if the compressor is actually on?
That whole situation w/your neighbors is just strange. I would report it. Who knows what weird things are going on. Or they might just be running it to make noise for the dogs? Doubt it's working since they bark all day/night anyway.
