As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ummm....yeah. So I guess timelines and nonprofits don't really go together at all. 
When I had my first interview with them, they told me they wanted someone in the position by Oct. 1. At this rate, it'll be Nov. 1!
So at least there's still hope. My fingers are definitely getting tired from being cross this much, though...
