Re: Happy Thursday!
Dh went to the Padres game so I was home by myself. I spent most of the evening looking through old photos on the computer. I also watched America's Next Top Model.
Today, I feel exhausted! I wish I could just go home and go back to bed! Tonight, no plans. Probably just spend time with dh since he is leaving tomorrow for AZ.
Robyn - Looking through old pictures is onw of my favorite things to do. That's one reason why I'm old school and still print out photos.
On the way to work today I heard the Godfather theme and it took me back to our trip to Italy. We were in Venice, St. Mark's square, and and outdorr orchestra was playing that music - it was one of "those" moments. *sigh* So now I'm reminiscing and wishing I could fly off somewhere.
Lat night was nothing unusual, worked out and made dinner, watched Weeds. Does anyone else watch? We're on Season 4 and Nancy is really bugging me.
Robyn - Don't you just want to reach through the t.v. and slap Alasia (sp?) and Angelea on ANTM? Those two are such drama queens.
Morning! Yesterday I took Eric to VG to play on their playground, he loves that place! We went to the optometrist for DH and hung out around the house. I finally got my taxes done, and am getting a decent return! Tonight, more of the same.

Robyn: I remember those days. Whenever we'd visit my aunt I'd sneak off to her daughters room & sleep. She had a ceiling fan & I would leave the windows open. The air was so crisp, I always slept so well!
Becki: I'd love to visit Italy, one day.
Yesterday I finally made it to the gym. I hate missing days & then when I go back think, "why the heck have I been avoiding this?!" The Pat Tillman run is on Saturday & I'm starting to get butterflies. I received an email letting us know this will be the biggest group, 20,000. Ay yi yi. I don't expect to come in 4th this time.
P works tonight so it'll just be C & I causing ruckus. Oh, cute story (well for me). This morning C was watching YGG (he gets his fix in the morning) & when it came time for "funny faces" he made one right on cue! It was the cutest damn thing ever. And then he blinked & omg, that was amazing.
Went to my friend's son's Police Explorer graduation. The cop that was running was a huge a**hole! He was so unprepared, didn't know the kids names, at one point said "we tried to get the building for the whole day but some old ladies wanted to knit or something" and "she couldn't be here today because she is in beauty school". He didn't have any ribbons or certificates (they hadn't come in) and started 25 minutes late. What a jacka**!
After that is was pretty boring! Husband watched the Dodger game all night, although I did pull out my cricut machine and make a few things.Tonight no plans, maybe walk up to the street fair and look around. I also need to tape off my baseboards in our room for painting...
On the plus side, tomorrow will be 100 days left till baby!
Val- OMG they do! There is always someone every season though that has to cause drama. Angela though, if she didn't act so ghetto she might actually go somewhere. Her picture from last night was so good but it's hard to look past her attitude!

Becki - Making me think about our trip to Italy! It was a cruise so we were in a bunch of places...I want to go baaaaaacccckkkk!!!
Didn't do much last night. Made breakfast for dinner. :-) Hung out with the fam then straightened up for the housekeeper. I also read more of my book club book. I'm just over halfway through it. I'm still really liking it!
Just work today then tonight is Bunco night!! I missed last month's because I was sick so I need to make sure I win some $$ tonight! :-)
Tomorrow is the Eagles concert at the Hollywood Bowl!! I am so BEYOND EXCITED!!! I cant' wait!

Becki- Were you listening to KROQ and their conversation about which movie character would you be?
Last night I went to Chapman University for a sorority expansion presentation. There's a possibility they may select my sorority to establish a new chapter at Chapman so I'm really excited to see what happens. It was kind of funny last night too because during the presentation they showed this video that was pictures of different chapters and sisters doing various activities and I was in one of them! I had no idea I was in their presentation video but that was a cool surprise. I told H that if they do end up getting picked I might want to go back to advising and he wasnt too happy to hear that since he doesnt get the whole sorority experience and why I am willing to volunteer my time to it. We should know in 2 wks if we get picked so we shall see!
Today I had to get up early to drive to LA. I leave LA at noon to drive to West Hollywood for a vendor presentation. I'm hoping we'll be done by 2 so I can just head home from there and beat out traffic. Hoping I'm not too beat by the time I get home because tonight's a C25k workout night for me.

Lori - Oooh how fun!When did you go? On my extensive list of dream vacations is a Mediterranean Cruise of the Greek Isles.
It was definitely my dream vacation! We did 7 days out of Venice to Athens, Mykonos (I could MOVE there I loved it so much!), Rhodes, Dubrovnik, Croatia and back to Venice. We then took the train to Rome for 4 more days where we checked out the usual sites (loved the Vatican!) and spent 1 day on the island of Capri then took the train back to Venice for 2 days there. Now I really miss it!
C and I have talked about doing another one but visiting other Greek islands and hitting Turkey and/or Egypt.
I was in my car cracking up during that entire bit! Seriously the hardest I've laughed at the radio in awhile!
That sounds AMAZING! Rome totally blew my mind. I could definitely go back. We only spent 1 day at the Vatican which wasn't nearly enough. And the food! I wish we could have gone to Capri.
I am itching to travel again, but at least we got some good trips in before L came along.
Mike was making me laugh at how passionate he was on the subject.

Last night I went grocery shopping and then came home took some Nyquil and went to bed.
Tonight I may do the same thing. DH gave me his cold, I'm hoping I can stop it from progressing into a sinus infection.

Lori: C loves to beatbox w/P. It's too cute. I told my aunt I'd upload it to his blog but still have yet to do that.
Afternoon-Last night was another night in. Watch Tinkerbell, colored, played puzzles.Everytime J got a piece to fit, he'd bounce up and down and scream. He also learned a new word last night "bath"
Today was a crazy day at work. I don't remember sitting all day except for break. Good news is I don;t have to go in tomorrow. Which is much needed since i'm still sick.
Robyn&becki-I love looking thru old photos too. My screensaver is just pics. And it pulls from my entire picture file so I love just sitting there and watch all the random pics. However Isabel came home with her first homework today. She needs to make a collage of family pictures, of course I don't have any printed so guess what I'll be doing this weekend
