Keep the dust flowing!
There's a couple that is wanting to make an offer on our house! But they're still debating between ours and new construction. Our house is only 5 years old and no problems at all, it was inspected just over a year ago and we fixed all those issues. Their realtor is pushing for them to go for ours, but we'll see. They met with their lender monday.
So please keep your fingers and toes crossed and keep sending dust. This is the only thing we have left to do down here! I want to start building in P-ville already!
p.s. if it doesn't stop raining down here I'm going to go crazy! It's rained non-stop for 3+ days. At least it's not 100 I guess.
