I'm getting a tattoo! Help me decide LIP

I love the idea of the inside of your wrist. I'd get it there if thats what you really want. It's your body, and you have to look at it everyday. Stick out tongue

I got mine on my back just because I wanted to be able to cover it up.

I voted for inside of your wrist. And I do like the color burgundy, but my first thought is that I wouldn't want it too look blood-like. But I think that can be simply solved with the shade of burgundy or an outline. GL! And please post pictures of the final product!

elissaann, my Jeep was a brown-burgundy, in fact I often had people call it brown, which infuriated me. So it wouldn't look like blood, but it might look more brown. Getting the color right would be key and also difficult. That's the only thing holding me back from the burgundy color.

Oh then I really like that color then. I have always leaned towards brown because I feel it looks more natural than black. Because when you are talking about tattoos natural is important! Stick out tongue

I think that would be really cool to do a burgundy that is closer to brown!

I voted for above your hip. I shy away from placeslike wrists/ankles for tattoos because everyone will see it. But then again, maybe if people did see it and commented on it then you could share your story/philosophy on life? And I do like a burgundy/brown color. We must see pics after you get it!! I posted on your blog but my vote is for the inside of your wrist however if you want to be able to hide it easily, then I recommend your hip. However, they make creams these days that can hide the tattoo if you do put in on your wrist. So in the end my vote is the inside of your wrist!

I'm working on planning out my 3rd tattoo so I'm a little inked obsessed at the moment

I voted for your wrist because a) that's where it sounds like you really wanted it, b) if I were to get a tattoo, that's where I want one, and c) you could actually cover it with a bracelet/cuff/watch if you needed it to be hidden. My BFF has one on her wrist and I think it looks really good. She's definitely covered hers with bracelets before and it worked out really well.
