Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

T&Ps for zach's job hunt
i'm really proud of him.. he's got some good momentum going with job hunting... so i wanted to ask for T&Ps today as he has an interview/meeting with a temp agency to get on at coors.
we have a few friends that work there, and you have to go through this temp agency to get your foot in the door. then generally, unless you really suck, coors will hire you, and it's apparently REALLY hard to be fired from coors.
he also is emailing his resume to another company where we have 2 friends working... so hopefully one of these two will pan out. he'd rather work at coors, and i think i agree.. but anyway!!! a job is a job is a job!
