Embarassing Moment, Anyone ??
I... am... mortified. And a little bit upset with DH.
I am wearing a skirt to work today. One that I thought felt a bit short, but because I was raised in an extremely conservative household, a lot of times I think "normal" skirts/shorts feel too short. And looking in the mirror I didn't think it looked bad, so I tried not to dwell on it.
About 30 min ago I realized that the skirt is too short. The slit on the back is, um, revealing. Khaki skirt + red undies + too high slit = mortification.
So I text DH (who met me for lunch).
Me: why didn't you tell me my skirt was too short?!?
DH: sorry, I was too busy lookin
Ugh!
I mean, it's all well & good for DH to look, but... how embarrassing!
Oh, and did I mention I work with almost all men?!?
Now I have it pulled way down on my waist to make it long enough to be decent.
Please, someone out there tell me they have another embarrasing moment to share?

Oh, I hate it when stuff like that happens! This is part of why I refuse to buy anything even remotely awkward. And your DH is so sweet to tell you he was looking.

16 years old, at an overnighter with friends 30+ minutes from home.
We're running around chasing each other with super soakers. Picture me... giggly girl. I start laughing really hard. And I can't stop. And I, um, pee my pants. Not just a little... but a 'must change your pants moment.' Did I mention that was with my boyfriend and his best friend (who I also had a big crush on before I started dating him)?????
Yeah... boy who I had a crush on? He takes me and my boyfriend back to his home, which is close by, finds me his sister's shorts, and his mom washes my clothes. Yeah.... complete and udder embarassment.
