I love that my office...
...has casual Fridays. As in jeans-and-sneakers casual. It's awesome.
What about you? Let's post thing we love about our workplaces for once

Oh, yes. My office has casual Fridays too. And unofficial casual the rest of the week. I always try to look presentable, but it is relaxed.
I also love that my office has free coffee, soda, and juice. I usually just drink water but it's nice to have options when I am looking for a change of pace.
I love that I can be casual (jeans and sneakers) everyday if I want. I don't wear sneakers (usually ballet flats) but I do wear jeans a lot.
I love that we have flex time that allows for us to take every other Friday off. I haven't been able to take advantage of it in almost 6 months, but I am planning on taking off next Friday
Every day is casual day for me...cause I work in a biology lab.
If was wearing something dressier than jeans people would look at me funny, lol.
I love that I have a giant window next to my desk which views a small "courtyard" with a couple trees and grass, etc. I work at a university so there is no internet restrictions, which comes in handy when you're waiting on an experiment. My boss is laid back and flexible about work times.
In my company, there is the HR department and there is the rest of the company. HR is casual Friday, but, like the rest of the week, it isn't really that casual. I wore jeans, but flats or heels, and a jacket most Fridays, as did most of HR. There are a few girls in my dept who take it (casual) a little too seriously and get looks, but for the most part people know how to dress.
The rest of the company dresses casually 5 days a week.
Hmmm....where to begin what I love about my company... let's see...my senior VP, our vacation time, our benefits, our maternity leave policy, work from home options, the bonuses we get when the company does well every year, the coveted free parking, happy hour on Friday afternoons, the R&D our company does to cure fatal illnesses and what a difference we are going to make in people's lives... I can't pick just one.

I don't "love" it but I do like that my office isn't an office, since I work in retail, I'm constantly moving around and talking to new people. I've tried office jobs in the past and would get so bored sitting at a desk. And, at my job, my coworkers and I get to chat all day long if we want, I mean, we do work, but our work allows us to carry on a conversation pretty much all the time.
And I love that our dress code is casual everyday!
I love that I have really great coworkers and an excellent supervisor & boss. Other departments/groups recognize it, too. We just work really well together.
I also love our location - right near the Pru.
