This may have already been posted, but I just saw a commercial for it. Not sure what to think. I loved the series, was a little "eh" about the first movie. I'm looking forward to the next movie, but I'm wondering if it's run its course. I guess I'll just have to see the movie to decide. Wink

I just the commercial too, are they in the desert or something? i kinda watch the show before and still have not seen the 1st movie Embarrassed

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the series! I was very excited for the 1st movie and thought it was okay. I just saw the preview for the 2nd and it looks weird! However, I will still be one of those crazy people there on opening night that has to wait 4 hrs to get into the theatre.

I didn't pay too close attention to the commercial but I think I heard them mention something about Abu Dhabi, so yeah, total desert!

I agree with you! I loved the series sooo much but the movie didn't really do it for me. That doesn't mean I won't watch it though. I'll probably wait until it comes out on video.

Ok, I have to admit, I was obsessed W/ the series- had a party and cried, yes cried, at the last episode. I waited in line, and saw the movie, w/ champagne in hand at Bella Terra, at midnight, the Night it opened. SATC, 2- don't care so much. kinda over it. I'll Redbox it, def, but probably won't pay $12 to see it. I thought the 1st movie gave me the closeure I needed, I'm not sure I need another one...

I big puffy heart the series. The first movie didn't necessarily blow my hair back. However, I can't say that I'm not totally looking forward to the 2nd one. Mostly because I HAVE to know what happens next.

I feel sort of like how Krissie feels... except I will so be there to see the second movie! I love those characters and can't wait to see the new stories.

this! we will be there opening night!! i'm not sure how i feel about the new plot, but i love them and i LOVED the first movie.
