Weekend?
Mine was pretty good! We went out for Chinese food, specifically duck on Friday night in Chinatown. It was good, but I think that Cantonese food (and this is a broad generalization) isn't really my cup of tea. We wanted to get ice cream at the Chinatown Ice Cream factory afterward but it was POURING when we left the restaurant so we stumbled to the subway soaked.
Saturday, I got zero sleep the night before (damn you body) so I was kind of a zombie all day. But we still had fun. Got breakfast at an awesome cafe down the street, went to the botanical gardens, picked up stuff for our next batch of beer, and went to the beer store for lunch. Mmmm, duck confit and goat cheese with fiddleheads sandwich. And then we watched the Celtics beat the Heat. Woot!
Sunday, J had to work so I super cleaned our apartment. I seriously cleaned almost EVERYTHING. Hopefully this will make our final move-out clean much easier. After J got home from work, we went out for Thai food and did laundry.

Friday: Dh and I went out to dinner to celebrate. The article we got published was a web exclusive, but the magazine came in Friday and on the 2nd page and a big box featuring us. Afterward we went to Frankie's Fun Park and played some arcade games and then met some friends and went mini golfing. It was an awesome day.
Saturday: Dh and I got up early and went shopping =D. It was so much fun. We both got a few new outfits. I haven't been shopping for months, so it was so nice to get to try things on and get new clothes. Of course I bought a super spring outfit haha. Afterward we went home and made lunch together and watched some 30Rock. Then we played games for the rest of the afternoon. That evening we took a nice stroll together.
Sunday: We had friends come over and had lunch. Then we all played games together. DH and I made dinner for everyone and we just hungout. Afterward, we watched 30Rock and then took a walk. We were supposed to watch Empire Strikes Back, but decided to save it for next week because a few of our friends couldn't make our Sunday dinner this week.
Friday-went bathing suit shopping-I did find one at Kohl's-purple, black and white tankini... then met up w my trainer who kicked my butt ( or should I say abs cause they still hurt!)... and told me I need new sneaks-which I knew. Then, we hung w the kids...
Saturday-I took the boys yard sale-ing with me... They WANTED to go and their sis was mad that she had some other thing to do and couldn't go. Too funny! In the afternoon, we went to the river and took bikes, fishing rods... caught nothing... it was COLD though.
Sunday-I primed one chair (yah!)... then DH took the kids back to the river for fishing/biking stuff. My neighbor finally talked to me (the one who wanted to use the treadmill she sold me) after 2 wks of nothing. Was nice hanging with the neighbors-glad we get along (sometimes!)... and the kids! They are so funny! They crack me up! We were singing Sound Of Music songs after dinner... I think DH thought I was losing it, but it was fun.
also, trying to stress less... I took 4 days off from working out (yikes!) and I hope it helped... with trying to decide on what to do with a bunch o stuff-I hope to take one thing at a time... I hope!
Friday- my Mom came over and we went and ran some errands. She got super excited when we went into a maternity store so I could look for pants, whereas I felt a little odd being there. I did end up getting two basic tshirts, so that was good.
Saturday- DH and I ran a few errands, then I slept most of the day.
Sunday- grocery shopping, then I slept most of the day.
My cold is kicking my butt. I have no energy to begin with, and now any activity makes me exhausted. The cold is starting to go on its way out, but it still sucks.
Friday- Went to my parents, hung out with them. DH did something that totally shocked me(more on that later). Took their only working truck home to fix the brakes.
Sat- worked no my car, fixed brakes, suffered from sinuse congestion ALL DAY.... took the truck back to my parents.
Sun- Woke up with a sore throat and hacking cough, went to church. Home and slept for like 3 hours. Spent alittle time with my Cash man, went and got some cough meds.
Nothing exciting... Hope everyone elses w/e were great!
Saturday- Grocery shopping and did some yard work (weeding), watched a lot of episodes of 24 (hubs and I are having a marathon)
Sunday- got the tires rotated on the car, laundry, cleaned up our spare room, went to the nursery to pick up plants for the yard, went on a bike ride AND a long walk with hubby, drank some really tasty beer

Saturday-Worked as usual till 5. Went over to the house and took DH to Home depot. I hate home depot by the way, and now we go like once a week.
Sunday-Went to breakfast with DH and my Sister. Yummm had pancakes and bacon. Then more work on the house. I finally got ALL of the wallpaper and border out of the dining room. DH and my sister were supposed to work on finishing up the main bathroom, but ran into a plumbing issue in the laundry room, so that took all day to fix. Also met more neighbors. I LOVE our nieghborhood!
I had a GREAT first (real) weekend in WA! And my smarty smart BIL was able to fix the internet people's screw up and get my internet working at home last night, so I'll be on more now. I can't get on during the day as much, because I'm not the big boss anymore

Friday night: Attended a fun charity poker tournament.
Saturday: Slept in, then did 4 hours of yard work (my mom has an acre of rather wild land that needs some taming), ran our errands, cooked dinner.
Sunday: Met one of my BFs for brunch at a great restaurant near my new hotel in Seattle, hung out with my sister, BIL and their kids, made dinner for everyone.
It's so nice to be near family again!
Friday - DH and I picked up some chinese food and vegged out on the couch and watched the Phillies game.
Saturday - Went to my son's soccer game (they lost...Booo!), then went to the mall and out to dinner. Since moving to our new town in November we had yet to find a decent restaurant (we are in the Burbs) but took a recommendation of a neighbor for an Italian place and it was seriously the best meal I've ever eaten. It was very pricey but seriously delicious!
Sunday - Went out to lunch and to Marshall's. Got a cute dress for my god daughter's Communion next weekend.

Jweat - Glad you had a great weekend in WA and finally have internet back. Hope the move went well.
Saturday: Tried to convince J that we should go furniture shopping to get ideas. He said, Sure, after we get the laundry done. We meant I, and I did not get it done. Three loads and I was over it. Then he said, Sure we can go after I'm done in the bathroom. Homeboy takes an hour to poo. I knew we were in for the night.
Sunday: We went to the home inspection. Great inspector! Nothing major came up, but some repairs are needed. The biggest thing was a few missing and cracked roof tiles. Maybe some leaking. The paper and some tiles will have to be replaced. The dishwasher (or new disposal) is hooked up improperly, so it's leaking onto the countertop and under the sink. We think this is a quick fix. The bathrooms have more issues than we thought - can't use the master toilet until a line is fixed. The outside porch posts may need some help - possible rot or termites. 80% of the fencing is crap (20% was replaced by a neighbor). We'll have to patch it for now and replace the whole thing at some point. MIL and her bf know how, and we have a carpenter friend. The oven is crap, too. Only the broiler and 3 burners work. We'll just get a new one. The downstairs bath needs some love (I'd like a new sink/counter), but it's bigger than we thought in there. The garage door is improperly installed and on the verge of breaking. Lucky for us, J used to install garage doors for a living, so we can get the parts for cost and he can replace it. A handful of floor tiles have small cracks throughout the house. The structure and foundation are good! That's the main thing.
I think we'll ask the sellers to repair the roof, garage door and toilet. They may not pay, but it won't hurt to ask.

I had a great but BUSY weekend!~
Friday my dad and smom rolled in from Co around 430, so I went straight over to my sisters after work. We all hung out and had dinner there. Then went for a walk. My dad and Smom stayed with us, so that was cool, got to spend more time with them!
Saturday I woke up at 6 because Ladmo was barking. I didnt want him to wake them up, but 10 minutes after I got up, so did they. I made them some of Hudys bomb ass coffee!!! (Sooooo good) then we took ladmo for a long walk since we'd be gone all day. We had breakfast and then off to Olivia's first bday party. that little baby got SPOILED! And she is so cute! We left around 4 to get some "rest" but smom wanted to go to Petsmart (they dont have one near them in CO) and by the time she was done we had 30 minutes to sit on the couch before we hd to go to my sisters for dinner. Olivia was so hyper from the cake and frosting my sister didnt get her to bed till after 10 and she usually goes to bed at 7!
Sunday up at 6 again
We went and met my sis, her H and livy for breakfast at the Cracker Barrel before my dad and smom rolled out of town 
so sad to see them go. I was home by 1030 and back in my pj's. I didnt do a damn thing yesterday. Watched a couple hours of the 16 and prego marathon on MTV, watched some movies. Didnt even do a load of laundry!
