Inflated prices--sellers need to remember two things: 1) most tax records/appraisals are public information, I know what your house is worth, and 2) the bubble is over, sorry for your loss.

Probabaly none or at the very least the cost of a case of beer. I can guarantee no one I know would be attending a football game and i'm pretty open.

4) A lot of us are looking or have looked for a house. What's the biggest turn off a prospective house can have? Freak neighbours, a lot of past police interest, a teeny yard, poorly divided rooms, no personality like doll house tract housing.
5) If you were to try out for American Idol, what song would you sing? Probably Home by Cheryl Crow, it's old but has a good range and it's fairly easy to sing with out music.
6) If you could be a character from any book or movie, who would you be? I would like to be a comic book character like Wonder Woman or Black Canary. Secretly deep down I would like to be my own character who I like to call Alchemist. By day she's an office worker and her secret power is to be able to rearrange molecules in substances to change then into what she needs like turning water to ice or wood into steel etc. I used to write about it ages ago and i've been wanting to dredge her up again. I like to think she'd be part of the Justice League...and Batman would love her LOL...oh i'm a geek!

I don't know specifically, but if a place is dangerous, dirty, etc. then it loses its appeal and there is really no point in risking going there.

Needs a ton of work...DH and I are not "it has great potential, handy/DIY" type people. I REALLY wish we were, but we are not. So if a place needs a lot of remodeling, then it probably is going to cost more and be a giant PIA in the long run for us.

My friend Michael (aka Peaches) always sings this at karaoke and it makes me cry. He sings it with such emotion and every note is perfect. Beautiful.
I also LOVE belting out this song...it reminds me of my childhood...not the lyrics but when I was younger....love it! Now that I'm older and actually understand the lyrics, I love it even more...
