Hi ladies!
It's been a while since I've been on here. Just wanted to jump online quickly to tell you a funny (I think) FB story that only you guys will understand.
FB just suggested a friend for me: Alfred Shihata.
We have no friends in common so I was curious about who he was. Turns out, he's my good friend: the maker of the FemCap (you may remember those conversations from the summer).
Turns out, he looks EXACTLY as I imagined.

How have you been?
I have no idea and I'm actually really concerned about that. I had to e-mail him but I did it from an account that isn't linked to the account I use for FB. It's making me want to GBCFB because I'm pretty sketched out.
I don't remember how to LIP but I think his profile is pretty open.
Dandy - I've been pretty good. Lots of writing. The end is almost in sight! How are you?

Yeah, it's my PhD. My deadline for full submission is August 31 (132 days from now!). Then I'll defend, revise, etc. I'm hoping my official graduation will be in Oct but it might be Feb. But I'm getting close! And my jerky advisors are finally reading things.
Hope you've all been well. I browsed quickly and it looks like everyone has exciting things going on.

It sounds like your productivity increased when you stopped nesting... maybe we should all learn a lesson from Zee!
Alfred is hilarious. He actually has three profiles and on one of them, the little "about me" section under his picture says: "I made a presentation during the National CDC HIV prevention conference in Atlanta. Alfred Shihata." Yay Alfred!
